I. INFORMATION

Hi-Tech Hybrid Connect is a service that allows customers to set up private connection channels from on-premises networks such as data centers, offices, colocation to Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC's Cloud services or between services, ensuring connection stability, increasing bandwidth, reducing network costs and providing a more consistent network experience than Internet-based connections.

 Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC cooperates with leading Vietnamese network operators such as Viettel, VNPT, FPT, CMC, ... to provide connections from customers' on-premises networks in Vietnam to Viettel's Cloud services that customers have rented. In the future, the connection will be expanded to international customer locations and customer services rented at other Public Clouds such as AWS, Azure, Google, ...

Hi-Tech Hybrid Connect is compatible with many Viettel IDC services such as: Hi-Tech Cloud Server (HCS), Hi-Tech Virtual Private Cloud (hVPC), Hi-Tech Dedicated Private Cloud (hDCP), Hi-Tech Cloud GPU (HCG), Hi-Tech Cloud Camera, Hi-Tech Cloud Object Storage...

 The service provides connection between Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC Cloud to customer locations and branches according to connection models such as point-to-point and Hub-and-Spoke.

II. CONNECTION AND DEPLOYMENT MODELS

1. Single-service model of Hi-Tech Hybrid Connect for customers renting Hi-Tech Colocation service
   Single-service connection model between the Server/Server system of customers renting Hi-Tech Colocation service of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC who need to connect to Cloud services of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC.
2. Backup model of Viettel Hybrid Connect service for customers renting Hi-Tech Colocation service
   Backup connection model between the Server/Server system of customers renting Hi-Tech Colocation service of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC who need to connect to Cloud services of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC.
3. Hi-Tech Hybrid Connect single service model for Point-To-Point channel leasing customers' on-premises networks
   Single connection model between the on-premises network of customers who need to connect to Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC's Cloud services, using fiber optic connections (Layer 1) in the service provider's fiber optic system.
4. Viettel Hybrid Connect service backup model for Point-To-Point channel leasing customers' on-premises networks
   Redundant connection model between the on-premises network of customers who need to connect to Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC's Cloud services, using fiber optic connections (Layer 1) in the service provider's fiber optic system.
5. Hi-Tech Hybrid Connect single service model for on-premises network of customers leasing MPLS Layer 2/Layer 3 channels
   Single connection model between on-premises network of customers who need to connect to Cloud services of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC, using virtual private network (Layer 2/Layer 3) on ISP's network system to provide services to customers.
6. Hi-Tech Hybrid Connect service backup model for on-premises network of customers leasing MPLS Layer 2/Layer 3 channels
   Redundant connection model between on-premises network of customers who need to connect to Cloud services of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC, using virtual private network (Layer 2/Layer 3) on ISP's network system to provide services to customers.
